Max Guilbert

I help teams ship products.

Whether it's turning ambiguity into something real, finding product-market fit, or scaling existing systems—that's what I do. I spent the last decade in product, as the first PM at Holler, running my own startup, and most recently launching four products in six months.

Outside of work, I'm a dad—which is the best thing I've ever done. I ran the Boston Marathon in 2016. I have a YouTube channel—which I'm a little embarrassed by, but think it'll be fun to watch when I'm 80. When I'm not building things online, I like to build things with my hands. Someday I'll have a sailing catamaran and do some epic boat camping.
